[Official] Endorcement Restriction - Bill

NOTING that having no endorsement limitation has cause previous issues.

REALIZING this has potentially left the region of AA easy for raids and future problems.

HENCEFORTH enacting this bill will be protecting the delegates term for his/her's fair time.

HEREBY stating that the delegate has every right to enforce this law to all nations of the AA and exact punishment to other who disobey within the rights of this Bill, and Constitution.

FURTHERMORE the delegate can take action on the nation at hand by, fallowing these steps.
1. Warn the nation in every possible way to ensure he/she is not hostile.
2. If the delegate receives no response, or the delegate see's suspicious behavior by the nation, sed nation can be removed from the AA with or without notice by the delegate.

DECLARING the limit for each nation is to be reduced to 2/3 of the delegates.
