Post by Great Zavi on Sat Jul 06, 2013 12:25 pm

Security Assurance Act
Nations of the Antarctic Alliance,

Noting that the region’s current laws do not prevent a legal ejection of any nation that threatens the Antarctic Alliance wholly

Fears that the security and well-being of Antarctic Alliance nations are compromised due to a lack of proper security measures

Hereby declares:

The Regional Delegate and Founder may eject nations, without Regional Assembly consent, under the following conditions:

A nation, or group of nations, openly threaten regional well-being through either telegram, public statement (Regional Message Board), or on the regional forum
A nation, or group of nations, violate Nationstates.net website rules, excluding spamming

The Regional Delegate may suppress public statements, without Regional Assembly consent, under the following conditions:

A nation presents a malicious statement
A nation presents an excess and overuse of offensive language, profanity and/or derogatory names
A nation is spamming the statement they presented
A nation violated the posting rules of the Nationstates.net website

Noting that the definition of spamming is that of Nationstates.net

The Regional Delegate may eject nations only with Regional Assembly consent under the following conditions:

A nation, or group of nations, have made an indirect, or vague threat to the Antarctic Alliance either through telegram, public statement, or on the regional forum
A nation, or group of nations have violated Antarctic Alliance law
A nation, or group of nations present spamming statements

A nation, or group of nations must be banned from the region under the following conditions:

They are a confirmed puppet of an originally banned nation
They have attempted aggressive actions against the Antarctic Alliance, wholly, more than once

The Regional Assembly may eject, or ban any nation deemed a regional threat from the Antarctic Alliance with at least a 3/5 majority vote regardless of actions that particular nation may have committed.

Noting that nations banned from the Antarctic Alliance before the passing of this law shall remain banned.
