Regional Assembly President

Now that we have completed our emergency procedure, we must move on to the election of the Regional Assembly President. Voting will begin Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 12:00pm EST. Until 7/9/13 at 10:00am, we will allow nations to declare their candidacy. Candidates will be posted here.

Oh, alright. I'm not sure if the exemption extends to the president of the RA because it does exclude the RA, but I'll stand down just in case.

The RA is excluding, but higher positions like a president, or minister are not.
