Instructions on voting on the AA constitution is as follows:

After reviewing two documents linked to your nation in the telegram you received from the delegate, please express if you would like to keep the old charter, or the new constitution. 

Remember, only WA members are allowed to vote and the forum only allows registered members to post.

The new one just seems like a revised version of the old one with no substantial differences. With that said,I vote for the new constitution.

I'll believe you when I see the passage from the charter that says those exact words. However, until then, I vote for the old charter.

It was never in a charter, but it was always followed. Come on now, everyone is being extremely difficult.
