Security Assurance Act
Nations of the Antarctic Alliance,
Noting that the region’s current laws do not prevent a legal ejection of any nation that threatens the Antarctic Alliance wholly
Fears that the security and well-being of Antarctic Alliance nations are compromised due to a lack of proper security measures
Hereby declares:
The Regional Delegate and Founder may eject nations, without Regional Assembly consent, under the following conditions:
A nation, or group of nations, openly threaten regional well-being through either telegram, public statement (Regional Message Board), or on the regional forum
A nation, or group of nations, violate Nationstates.net website rules, excluding spamming
The Regional Delegate may suppress public statements, without Regional Assembly consent, under the following conditions:
A nation presents a malicious statement
A nation presents an excess and overuse of offensive language, profanity and/or derogatory names
A nation is spamming the statement they presented
A nation violated the posting rules of Nationstates.net website
Noting that the definition of spamming is that of Nationstates.net
The Regional Delegate may eject nations only with Regional Assembly consent under the following conditions:
A nation, or group of nations, have made an indirect, or vague threat to the Antarctic Alliance either through telegram, public statement, or on the regional forum
A nation, or group of nations have violated Antarctic Alliance law
A nation, or group of nations present spamming statements
The Regional Assembly may eject, or ban any nation deemed a regional threat from the Antarctic Alliance with at least a 3/5 majority vote regardless of actions that particular nation may have committed.
Noting that nations banned from the Antarctic Alliance before the passing of this law shall remain banned.
